Mental Health,a very triggering topic of recent times. This piece of writing relates to the human whom we call normal people in general,in terms of a framed distinction between normals and abnormals rather psychopaths. Are we all normals or the normals also have some minor defects?As long as a person remains concious with his or her constant selfunderstanding and self analysis we basically call it normal. We, the individuals are our own individuals' best councillors. We all in any part of the world are standing in a state of transformation,thus people are going through different kinds of set up in terms of family background as well as professions,all these together are arising several kinds of mental disorder in normal human beings like you and me. Mental health is getting affected by diseases like stress, exhaustion, depression, more over some people are even getting proned to criminal deeds wooing to the crisis in their life. A physical disorder can be seen with our mortal eyes from outside but not a mental disorder. Thus, mental health is ignored by many for several reasons. Come,let us know from the points below, how to keep ourselves mentally healthy.
Self Conversation -
Self conversation is a need. Any time of the day when you are fully alone talk to yourself. Not necessarily every night or every morning or every evening but out of twenty four hours whenever you are getting a free time talk to the inner you,who is actually you. You might have many problems or questions in life but trust me, sit with your self once and you can give yourself the best answer.We all use mirror to look at our outer selves right? Similarly look at your inner self just like you see through the mirror. In the beginning you will find several thoughts rushing through your mind. Just observe. Question yourself things about what you do and why you did. Ask yourself what stimulates you the most in possitive and golden sides of life and what makes you lose control. All these questions asked by you can answered only by your inner self and that would keep you mentally stable.In other words remaining self concious is a need along with spending an own time.
Dependency -
Coming to dependency, there are several kinds of dependencies a person comes across in life and the most beautiful at the same time most dangerous dependency is emotional dependency.The bitter truth in life is that nobody remains in our life for long time.We, being mortals, depend on mortals and unfortunately at certain points of life we all become a loner, losing friends and family. In this regard it is easy to say that become emotionally self dependent but it's hard.Though there is a solution too.Drain your emotion of dependency on what you love to do,it can be your passion, your job or anything like that and in turn you will become self dependent, because it will never leave you till your last breath.
Ignorance -
Sometimes our surroundings become very toxic,some people become very vexatious to our mental health or we fail to suit the circumstances.We all have certain amount of intelligence in ourselves,use intelligence to avoid.Make yourself so much involved in yourself,in your own world, that those can not penetrate you. Listen to people but accept what brings a possitive vibe and ignore what might be very negetive and dark for you.There are several characters surrounding us, some might really want you to feel down so that you cannot withstand in life,some might criticize you for your own betterment. Make a wise distinction between the two, ignore who wants to put you down and accept positively the healthy criticism for betterment.Don't make anything haunt your mind frequently, overcome it through the power of ignorance that you have within.
We often discuss about healthy habits which generally includes physique but this is a discussion about mental healthy habits.When mind remains sound and full of positive energy a man becomes less proned towards physical disease.Now, the question is whom will you trust in terms of mental deficiencies.Standing in this age, trust is a great issue,whom will you share with. So,I tried to illustrate certain points that can make any individual healthy in terms of mind, without the help of any other person rather it can be called as a self-help,as we are trying to keep our mind healthy by ourselves.
