This lockdown has lead to several kinds of mental disorder. People are down with numerous kinds of mental Stress. Many are stressed in terms of economy, some has lost their job, some people are getting salaries less than half. Students on the other hand have their own set of stress. Different ages are going through different issues. Moreover this online way of communicating is a major source of stress. Sitting in front of laptop or computer or mobile for hours, for classes to study or for any other official purpose is so hectic. Then comes those who remains away from their family in this pandemic situation. Remaining in the same four walls of the house, creates mental monotony, as if hours are changing only in terms of clock within a same place.
The disorders like anxiety, stress, mood swings are symptoms of Lockdown Syndrome. Let us know the symptoms, this leads to a situation when a person gets out of their own control. Sleeplessness at night or sleeplessness at any time of the day occurs. Mind becomes so fatigue as if a lot of hardship has been done. A person will feel no energy of doing any work. It feels lonesome all the time.It causes fear in mind when left alone. Any electronic gadget would cause anger. Morning, evening, afternoon, night all the time gets mingled up in mind. In this situation one might get furious may be without any reason or one might get confused while doing anything even while bathing or eating one might lose control on oneself and even lose interest in what he or she is doing or going to do. Even fails to do anything passionate in such a situation. There arises always a sense of insecurity for unknown reasons.
The best way to come out from this situation is to consult a doctor immediately. People surrounding the victim, should be very well aware , because the victim would act out of control. As the lockdown situation is a little relaxed now take the victim away for a short tour out of the four walls of the house at least for a day. The victim must share everything that comes to their mind with someone trustworthy and it would be even of more use if the victim shares it with a psychoanalysist. The victim should make a note at the end of the day in a diary of everything that he or she does in a day. Make rigorous exercise, skipping, jogging a practice in the morning and in the evening. Observe each and every situation that comes accross without getting involved. Like this one can get over this situation. Above all treatment is a must.
